Referral programme terms

How a referral is registered, when a reward becomes payable, and what disqualifies a referral.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Version in force

This is version 2.0 of referral programme terms. The version that governs a signed engagement is the one in force on the day it was signed, and every acceptance is recorded against its exact text.

Who you are contracting with

In this document "Nuub" means Nuub Limited (company number 12345678), registered office The Future Works, 2 Brunel Way, Slough, SL1 1FQ, United Kingdom, trading as Nuub.

Contractual notices go to admin@nuub.co.uk. Data protection requests go to admin@nuub.co.uk. Nuub's ICO registration is being processed; contact the privacy address above for the current position.

These are business-to-business terms, governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are buying wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession, contact Nuub before purchasing, because different rights apply.

Registering a referral

A referral must be registered in the platform, with the organisation named, before Nuub has any contact with that organisation. A referral registered after first contact is not eligible.

A referral is valid for twelve months from registration.

When a reward is earned

A reward becomes payable when the referred organisation signs an engagement and settles its first invoice in full. A reward is never paid on an invoice Nuub has not collected.

Where the referrer is a network executive and the referral leads to a fractional appointment, the registered referral split of 80% to the executive and 20% to Nuub applies for the life of that appointment, in place of a separate cash reward.

A cash reward is paid against a payout statement within 14 days of cleared client funds.

What is excluded

An organisation already in conversation with Nuub, an organisation the referrer controls, and a referral made without that organisation's knowledge are all excluded.

Nuub may decline any referral and may end the programme on notice. Rewards already earned are unaffected.
