Before you book
Changing or cancelling
- Payment first. Payment is taken before the session is booked. Your slot is held while you pay; the executive is only briefed and the calendar invite only issued once the card clears.
- Notice. Bookable from 5 working days ahead, giving us time to pre-read your diagnostic and material.
- Rescheduling. Reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before the session.
- Cancelling. Cancel more than 72 hours before for a full refund. Between 24 and 72 hours, 50% is refunded. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the fee is not refundable.
- Preparation. Send the constraint you want worked on plus any supporting numbers. We pre-read everything and arrive with a position, not questions.
