Booking and session terms

How a paid session is booked, rescheduled, cancelled and credited, and what happens if either side does not turn up.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Version in force

This is version 2.0 of booking and session terms. The version that governs a signed engagement is the one in force on the day it was signed, and every acceptance is recorded against its exact text.

Who you are contracting with

In this document "Nuub" means Nuub Limited (company number 12345678), registered office The Future Works, 2 Brunel Way, Slough, SL1 1FQ, United Kingdom, trading as Nuub.

Contractual notices go to admin@nuub.co.uk. Data protection requests go to admin@nuub.co.uk. Nuub's ICO registration is being processed; contact the privacy address above for the current position.

These are business-to-business terms, governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are buying wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession, contact Nuub before purchasing, because different rights apply.

What a booking is

A booking is a reserved slot with a named executive for the service, duration and price shown at the point of booking. The booking is confirmed when payment clears or, where the service is free, when the slot is issued.

The cancellation and rescheduling window for each service is published against that service at the point of booking and forms part of these terms.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling inside the published window is free and may be done from the booking management link.

Cancellation outside the published window is refunded in full. Cancellation inside the window is not refunded, because the executive's time has already been committed, but the fee is held as a credit against a rebooked session for 30 days.

Where a fixed-fee service has been purchased rather than a session, a full refund is available within 5 working days of purchase and before kick-off. This is a contractual business policy, not a statutory consumer cooling-off right.

Non-attendance

If nobody attends from the client side within fifteen minutes of the start time, the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded.

If Nuub or the assigned executive cannot attend, the session is rescheduled at the client's convenience or refunded in full, at the client's choice.

Recording, notes and AI summaries

Sessions may be summarised with AI assistance. A summary is reviewed by the accountable executive before it is released and is a record of the conversation, not advice in itself.

A session is only recorded where every participant has been told in advance and has not objected.

Decision support, not regulated advice

Scores, constraint estimates, forecasts and benchmarks are business decision-support tools. They are based on the information supplied and the assumptions described in the output, and they are not audited financial results or guarantees of performance.

Nothing produced through the platform is legal, tax, audit, regulated investment or other regulated professional advice unless it is separately provided by an appropriately authorised professional.

The organisation remains responsible for its own decisions, implementation choices and business outcomes.
