Before you book
Changing or cancelling
- Payment first. Payment is taken before the session is booked. Your slot is held while you pay; the executive is only briefed and the calendar invite only issued once the card clears.
- Notice. Bookable from 3 working days ahead. We match a sector or need-specific executive and prepare against your numbers before the call.
- Rescheduling. Reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session.
- Cancelling. Cancel more than 48 hours before and your deposit is held as credit toward a future session for 90 days — a separate clock from the 30-day credit against an engagement. Inside 48 hours, or a no-show, the deposit is not refundable.
- Preparation. Send your last two years of accounts and your current management pack. The matched executive reviews them and builds a constraint hypothesis before you join.
