We collect the information you give us through enquiry forms, the business diagnostic and direct correspondence — typically your name, company, role, contact details and the business context you choose to share. We also collect limited technical data about how the website is used.

To respond to enquiries, deliver engagements we have agreed, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve our services. We rely on legitimate interests for business correspondence, contract for delivery, and consent for marketing communications.

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by law, normally six years for financial records.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, payments and analytics — under contract, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

Website analytics are optional and consent-based. Until you accept analytics cookies, no analytics service is loaded and no measurement leaves your browser. Where you accept, we use PostHog with automatic content capture and session recording switched off, and Google Analytics 4 on the live nuub.co.uk site. Page addresses are made anonymous before they reach either service: private tokens and record identifiers are replaced with placeholders and query strings are removed, so we do not send your name, email address or any private link to them. Google’s advertising features remain switched off. You can change this at any time on our cookie preferences page; it is separate from your marketing permissions.

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and request portability. To exercise any right, email admin@nuub.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Where we use AI tools in delivery, client data is not used to train third-party models, and any output forming part of a formal deliverable is reviewed and approved by a named person at Nuub before it reaches you.
