Accessibility statement
The accessibility standard Nuub works towards, what is known to fall short, and how to report a problem.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
Version in force
This is version 2.0 of accessibility statement. The version that governs a signed engagement is the one in force on the day it was signed, and every acceptance is recorded against its exact text.
Who you are contracting with
In this document "Nuub" means Nuub Limited (company number 12345678), registered office The Future Works, 2 Brunel Way, Slough, SL1 1FQ, United Kingdom, trading as Nuub.
Contractual notices go to admin@nuub.co.uk. Data protection requests go to admin@nuub.co.uk. Nuub's ICO registration is being processed; contact the privacy address above for the current position.
These are business-to-business terms, governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are buying wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession, contact Nuub before purchasing, because different rights apply.
What we are working towards
Nuub aims to make the website and the workspace usable by as many people as possible and is working towards WCAG 2.2 AA on public pages and core signed-in journeys.
No formal audit has been completed, so this statement does not claim compliance. It will be updated with the standard achieved, the testing date and the method once an audit has taken place.
Known limitations
Some data-dense admin tables and charts are difficult to use with a screen reader, and some interactive diagrams rely on colour as well as text. Alternatives are available on request while these are remediated.
Telling us about a problem
Report an accessibility problem using the contact details in this document. Nuub aims to acknowledge within two working days and to agree a remediation date or an alternative format for the content you need.
