We keep cookie use to a minimum. Nothing that is not strictly necessary is set, loaded or transmitted before you have given consent. Analytics technologies do not initialise at all until you accept them.

Required for the site to function — session security, sign-in, load balancing and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser under a single key, with the version of the choice and the date you made it.

Used only with your consent. We use PostHog, a privacy-conscious product analytics service, to understand which pages are useful and where the experience fails. Automatic content capture and session recording are switched off; we measure page views and a small, deliberately chosen set of product events. We do not build advertising profiles and we run no advertising or social media trackers. If analytics consent is withdrawn, collection stops and the analytics identifiers stored in your browser are cleared.

We also use Google Analytics 4, and only on the live nuub.co.uk website after you have accepted analytics. Nothing from Google is loaded, and no _ga cookies are written, until then. Google receives page addresses in a canonical form: private links such as report, proposal and booking-management links are replaced with a generic placeholder before measurement, and query strings are removed, so tokens and personal details are never sent. Google’s advertising signals (ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation) remain switched off at all times, and we run no Google Ads, remarketing or tag manager. Withdrawing analytics consent stops measurement immediately and clears the Google analytics identifiers held in your browser.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on our cookie preferences page, and all major browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. This setting is separate from your email, phone and SMS permissions, which are managed in the communication preference centre.
