Diagnostic
- How does the free diagnostic work?
- You answer around twenty questions about growth, commercial performance, operations, technology and AI readiness. You get an instant scored report with the three constraints most likely to be costing you money, and an honest view of whether you need us at all.
- Is the diagnostic really free?
- Yes. There is no payment, no gate and no obligation to speak to us. The report is yours to keep and to share with your leadership team.
Engagements
- Why do you charge for discovery?
- A free proposal is a guess dressed as a plan, and it is written to win work rather than to find the truth. Paid discovery buys you evidence, sized in money, that is useful whether or not you engage us afterwards.
- What size of business do you work with?
- Most of our clients are founder-led UK businesses between £2m and £25m turnover, typically ten to a hundred and fifty people. We lead with recruitment and workforce, healthcare and dental, and manufacturing and engineering.
- How quickly can we start?
- Discovery usually starts within two to three weeks of agreement. Booked calls are available from the next working day, subject to availability.
Delivery
- Do you implement, or only advise?
- Both. We deliver change alongside your team — operating model, systems, technology and AI — and we measure against the baseline we set at the start. We build ownership rather than dependency.
Technology
- How do you handle AI governance?
- Any AI output that reaches a client, a patient or a financial record has a named human accountable for it. Prompts and models are versioned and logged, and nothing is published to a client without human approval.
Privacy
- What happens to the data we share with you?
- It is held in UK and EU infrastructure, isolated per client, and only accessible to the people working on your engagement. You can request an export or erasure of your data at any time.
