- What the fee covers
- The fee covers the artefacts listed above, delivered within 15 working days of a complete brief, using approximately 15 hours of senior executive time. Work outside that scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts.
- When the clock starts
- Delivery dates run from the day your brief is complete and the required evidence has been supplied, not from the payment date. We will tell you the moment the brief is complete.
- Review and revisions
- You have 5 working days to accept the work or ask for changes. 2 revision rounds are included; if we hear nothing within the review window the work is accepted automatically and we tell you before that happens.
- Cancelling and refunds
- Full refund if you cancel within 5 working days of purchase and before the kick-off session. After kick-off we refund the fee less the executive time already committed, which we itemise for you.
- Who does the work
- A sector-matched executive from the Nuub network leads the work, under Nuub's assurance and review. We name them before kick-off and you may ask for a different match once, at no cost.
- How Nuub OS is used
- Nuub OS, our delivery platform, drafts deliverables from your brief and our fieldwork using AI under a discipline brief written for this service. Nothing is released to you until the executive has reviewed, corrected and approved it. No figure appears in a deliverable unless it comes from your evidence or is shown as an assumption.
- Your information
- Your data is used to deliver this engagement and nothing else. We do not train external models on it, and we do not name you publicly without written permission.
- Ownership
- On payment in full, the deliverables produced for you are yours to use, share and act on. Nuub retains its own methods, templates and frameworks.
- Payment and VAT
- Payable in full at checkout by card. Nuub Limited is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on this fee.
