- What you are buying
- A monthly business-to-business subscription to Nuub Pulse. Each month you record a short set of figures and answers about your business, and Pulse returns your standing, what moved since last month, and a small number of actions to focus on. Your first month opens as soon as your baseline Constraint Check is in place. Pulse is sold for business use only and is not offered to consumers.
- No executive time is included
- Pulse is a product, not an engagement. It does not include a named executive, advisory sessions, delivery work or a routine review of your figures by a Nuub executive. If you want human input, that is bought separately and quoted before it starts.
- Your figures are yours
- The figures and answers you enter are taken substantially as supplied. Nuub does not audit, verify or independently confirm them, and your standing, trend and actions are only as accurate as what you enter. Pulse is a management signal and decision support. It is not regulated financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and no particular business outcome is guaranteed.
- You need a baseline
- Pulse measures change, so it starts from a completed Nuub Constraint Check belonging to your workspace. If you do not have a recent one, you will be asked to complete it — it is free and takes a few minutes — before your first month opens.
- What happens if you skip a month
- Nothing is lost. A month with no entry is recorded as a gap rather than as a change, and your next entry is compared to the last month you completed. Pulse never invents a figure you did not give it.
- Renewal and cancelling
- The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. There is no minimum term and no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep full access until then. Part months are not refunded.
- If a payment fails
- We will tell you and allow 7 calendar days for the payment to be resolved, during which your Pulse access continues. If the payment is still outstanding after that, Pulse access may be paused until payment is recovered. Your programme and history are preserved, subject to our retention policy, and access to the same programme resumes when payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.
- Your history
- Your monthly entries, standing and briefs remain available to your workspace for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can export them, in line with the retention periods in the privacy notice. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
- How Nuub OS is used
- Your standing, trend and movement are calculated by fixed rules, not by a model. AI is used only to put your own results into plain words, within limits set by Nuub. It is not given figures you did not supply, it cannot change a score, and your data is not used to train external models.
- Payment and VAT
- £199 per month, billed monthly in advance by card. Nuub Limited is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on this fee.
